Jahad Rahman of Rahman Lowe Solicitors and Carolyn De Souza of 12 KBW are representing Martyn Reuby with his complex high profile claim against Unite the Union at London South Employment Tribunal.

Mr Reuby claims that he was fired for blowing the whistle at work about Unite’s use of zero hours contracts and the denial of basic employment rights in relation to its tutors. The case has attracted considerable press attention and was reported in the Daily Mail, Evening Standard and the Mirror.

Jahad Rahman of Rahman Lowe solicitors said: “zero hours contracts must not be used as a justification to abuse employees’ rights. The treatment of my client was shocking and unacceptable. It has been a long struggle for him and he just wants justice to be done”.
