Gender Pay Gap Reporting for 2021

    Equal Pay Page

On 14 December 2020 the Government Equalities Office launched guidance to support employers through the process of gender pay gap reporting. Employers with 250 or more employees will be required to report their 2020 gender pay gap data by 4 April 2021 (30 March 2021 for public sector bodies). The reporting requirements for the 2019 reporting period were suspended due to COVID-19.
